On September 21, the Opening Ceremony of CAAC CCAR-147 Qualification of Maintenance Training Institution was held in front of the Engineering Building of Binzhou University. The main leaders participating the ceremony are Shao Haifeng, director of Airworthiness Maintenance Office from State Administration of Work Safety of Shandong Province; Liu Chunhua, deputy secretary of CPC committee and president of BZU; Li Liqun, manager of Ji’nan Airport; Gao Yuhai, general manager of Bin’ao Aircraft Manufacturing Company; Wang Mingjun, dean of Qingdao Jiutian International Flying College; Wang Jianjun, dean of Binzhou Civil Aviation Center. Hubo, member of CPC committee and vice president of BZU hosted the opening ceremony.
Shao Haifeng awarded the CCAR-147 Qualification of Maintenance Training Institution on behalf of CAAC to Binzhou University. Shao Haifeng and Liu Chunhua unveiled the nameplate for CCAR-147 Qualification of Maintenance Training Institution in Binzhou University.
Shao Haifeng congratulated on the qualification of Binzhou University for its continuous research and hard work. It brought a new horizon for the faculty and students of BZU to embrace a brighter future with the combination of national aviation strategies and university development orientation. CAAC would adhere to the support of civil aviation development in BZU and urge for its persistent dedication of Chinese civil aviation.
On behalf of Ji’nan Airport, Li Liqun also sent his best regards to BZU and expressed his gratitude for excellent aviation talents from BZU to Ji’nan Airport. In Shandong Province, Binzhou University and Ji’nan Airport worked together and enhanced cooperation in various ways. In recent years, the two parties established a favorable relationship with each other and many graduates from BZU had already become the key members of Ji’nan Airport.
Hubo concluded the ceremony as one of the most significant event in the history of BZU. It marked the University had made another stride in the development of aviation teaching and research, as well as motivation for transformation and characteristic progress of a aviation and application-oriented university. With various methods of funding, teaching and management control, CCAR-147 Qualification of Maintenance Training Institution of Binzhou University aimed to become a model for other counterparts. Teachers and students from Flying College, Aeronautical Engineering Institute, Airport College, College and Cabin Attendant also took part in the ceremony.
