The result of 13th Five-year Plan National Key Research Project of Typical Fragile Ecological Restoration and Preservation Study was announced. The project applied by Professor Xia Jiangbao from Ecological Environment Research Center of the Yellow River Delta in Binzhou University was approved with the title Green Repair Material and Equipment of Estuarine Wetland Ecological Bank Protection and Habitat Alternative. The total fund was 2.45 million yuan and it was a milestone for the University in project approval of National Key Research and Development Plan.
National Key Research and Development Plan was composed by the original 973 Plan, 863 Plan, National Sci-Tech Support Plan, International Science And Technology Cooperation and Exchange, Industrial Technology Research and Development Fund and Public Welfare Industry Research Projects. It is a key public welfare research focusing on major issue of China, related with core competitiveness of industries, overall independent innovation capacity and national security as well as common key techniques and products.
