On April 14th, Shandong Provincial Department of Education 2018 Online Video Recruitment and Campus Recruitment for Graduates from Normal Universities, which is sponsored by the Department of Education of Shandong Province, organized by the Department of Education of Shandong Province, was held in the School of Arts and Science and Meeting Room 201 of No.1 Teaching Building. The on-site job fair invites companies like Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Hairuo General Aviation Co., Ltd., Pilot Aviation Co., Ltd., Qingdao Sanli Group, Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd., Luning Group, Shandong Jingbo Holding Co., Ltd., more than 400 well-known enterprises such as Shandong Construction Group Co., Ltd. with more than 12,000 jobs. More than 9,000 graduates from our university and surrounding colleges and universities participated in the job fair and reached more than 3,000 employment intentions.
The recruitment conference also set up a special online video recruitment site to make full use of the new “Internet+employment” model, innovated the form of job fairs, added an online video recruitment office on the basis of the online campus recruitment conference, and made use of the online video recruitment platform. The graduates and employers completed the “face to face” video interview through the online platform, which effectively increased the efficiency of recruitment work and the level of employment information technology, enabled graduates in different regions to share quality corporate resources, and was more conducive to providing cross-regional talent services. This online recruitment provides more than 800 jobs.
