On May 6th, the 15th Shandong College Student Mechanical and Electrical Product Innovation Design Competition and the 8th National College Student Mechanical Innovation Design Contest Shandong Division Finals came to a successful conclusion. Our school won 6 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 8 third prizes with the award for Outstanding Organizational Units.
Among them, Wang Dapeng's "Junior Collecting and Collecting Machine Based on Vibrating Fruit Picking", Yao Zhengkang's "Sweet Peeling and Cutting Segment Juice Extractor", Wang Zhanrui's "Automatic Fish Slicing Scaler" and Yin Shuguang's "Multifunctional Iron Chip Cleaning Machine", Zhang Yonghui's "A New Type of Centrifugal Friction Plate Type Controllable High-Rise Building with Slow Falling Escaper" and "Miniature Automatic Walling Machine" from Quanzhou won the first prizes. Li Hongwei, Niu Dexue, Yan Xueyin, Liu Jing, Zhang Jian, Wang Guoming, and Sun Shengwei won the "Outstanding Advisor Award."
The competition was sponsored by the Department of Education of Shandong Province, aiming to improve the college students' sense of innovation, hands-on practice and teamwork spirit. A total of 532 works from 97 universities in the province participated in the final. The outstanding innovation ability, solid professional knowledge and good spirit of the students of our school have been praised by the competition judges.
