On the afternoon of February 24, our school held a new semester teaching supervision work conference in the 210 meeting room of the office building by summing up the teaching supervision work in the last semester, and deployed the key tasks of the teaching supervision and the beginning of the school. Hu Bo, member of the Party Committee and vice president, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 33 people from the school supervision group professors and subject teaching supervisors attended the meeting.
On behalf of the school, Hu Bo thanked the supervisors and academic supervisors for their contributions to the school's teaching supervision, and affirmed the hard work and achievements of the professors in monitoring the teaching process, guiding young teachers, standardizing teaching management, and promoting teaching reform.
He pointed out that the current implementation of the new era of undergraduate education work conferences and the national education conference in the new era should focus on the following aspects: First, he hopes that professors can further find out the problems and deficiencies in the school teaching work, and dare to be short. Second, the Academic Affairs Office should share the teaching supervision materials with new concepts in time to the professors, further promote the improvement of the teaching supervision ability and level of the professors, and guide our school. The third is that the Academic Affairs Office should do a good job in the relevant protection of professors, and actively listen to and adopt and support the professors' suggestions and opinions through various forms such as report meetings and symposiums. At the same time, professors are expected to play a greater role in the future teaching supervision work, and make greater contributions to the construction of high-level applied universities with aviation as their main feature.
