On March 11th, our school held a financial work meeting in the third lecture hall of the Academy Hall. Li Changhai, deputy secretary of the party committee and president, made an important speech. Yang Yusen, member of the party committee and vice president, presided over the meeting.
Li Changhai pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively and objectively understand the financial situation of the school, strengthen the sense of urgency, firmly establish the idea of living a tight life, and continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work. He emphasized that each secondary unit should be fully responsible for the budgetary revenue and expenditure tasks of the unit, actively complete the income budget, strengthen the budget rigidity, and standardize the expenditure behavior. He demanded that the responsible persons of the secondary units should enhance their sense of responsibility and thoroughly change the concept of asking for money and spending money. They must take responsibility from the raising of funds to the management and use; the problems in internal audit are related. Personnel must do a good job of rectification; financial management personnel should pay attention to tempering their own capabilities, and solve new problems in financial management with new ideas and new methods.
At the meeting, the school's 2019 financial budget and internal audit related information were reported. The heads of the mid-level institutions and branches attended the meeting.
