On October 15th, the honorable retirement ceremony for the faculty and staff of Binzhou University in 2019 was held in Room 313 of the north tower of the office building. Song Shuping, deputy secretary of the party committee, Sun Caishun, member of the party committee and organization minister, attended the ceremony. The school-level cadres and the heads of the units who have retired since January 2019, as well as the heads of relevant departments, attended the ceremony.
Song Shuping awarded glorious retirement certificates and souvenirs to retired faculty and staff, and expressed his high respect for them on behalf of the school. He pointed out that in the different historical developments of the school for more than 40 years, the attitude of being highly responsible for work, the spirit of dedication and dedication and the feelings of loving the school could have been seen in the retired faculty and staff. Adhering to the character of self-discipline, they had contributed youth and contributed strength to the development of the school. He hopes that the faculty and staff will continue to care for and support the development of the school. He stressed that the retired work office should do a better job in the service of the veteran cadres, actively do things for everyone, do good deeds, solve difficult problems, and learn from the experienced retirees.
Sun Caishun read the retirement documents; the person in charge of the retired work office introduced the retiree’s management and service-related work; the retired faculty and staff and the person in charge of the unit issued their respective opinions.
Retired employees said in their speeches that retirement is a turning point in life and a new starting point for life. It means that after retirement they will continue to pay attention to the development of the school and help the school develop.
In the future, the school will gradually improve the ceremonial system of faculty and staff's collective retreat, vigorously promote the strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and re-education, and enhance the sense of belonging, honor and ceremonies of faculty and staff.
