At the research seminar, the school leaders carefully listened to the participants' reports on the training and management of students, the current status of recruitment and employment of the Flying College, and plans for the next step of the work. They learned in detail the current problems and worked with everyone. Analyze the situation, research problems, and find solutions.
Liu Chunhua affirmed the efforts made by the Flying College in epidemic prevention and control and personnel training since the outbreak, and put forward hopes and requirements for the next stage of work. She emphasized that in the face of the epidemic examination, it is necessary to strengthen confidence, not to be afraid of challenges, not to shrink back from difficulties and continuously improve the quality of personnel training; it is also a must to grasp the key points, refine the work measures, further strengthen the communication and connection with airlines and aviation schools, expand the breadth and depth of cooperation, and take multiple measures to do a good job in recruiting and employment. More efforts should be done to strengthen the responsibility, take the initiative to act, and layer the responsibility to minimize the impact of the epidemic situation, with the attitude of unremitting endeavor, we will promote new developments in various tasks and make new contributions to the connotation construction of school aviation.
