On April 16, the retirement ceremony of faculty members was held in the third lecture hall of Xueyuan Hall. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Song Shuping attended the ceremony. 13 faculty members who have retired since January 2020, the heads of their departments, and the heads of related departments attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by the person in charge of the Personnel Office.
Song Shuping issued a glorious retirement certificate to retired faculty and staff, and congratulated them on behalf of the school, and sincerely thanked them for their contributions to the development of higher education and school career over the years. He pointed out that the honorary teachers and staff are the precious wealth of the school. Everyone has been working hard for decades and they also witnesses of the development of the school. He hopes that the faculty and staff members will continue to care and support the development of the school by making positive suggestions for the school. He emphasized that related departments should wholeheartedly serve retired people with harder work to satisfy their life in the future.
Retired faculty and staff and the leaders from their departments made speeches respectively. In their speeches, they reviewed their decades of work in the school. They contributed their youth and enthusiasm with no regrets, and they care about and pay attention to the school and various functional departments.
At the ceremony, the person in charge of the Organization Department read out the retirement documents and issued souvenirs to the retired faculty and staff; the person in charge of the retired office introduced the management and service related work of the retired personnel.
In the future, the school will gradually improve the service of teachers and staff, vigorously promote the strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching, and enhance the sense of belonging and honor of teachers and staff as a member in Binzhou University.
