On the morning of June 1, Li Changhai, deputy secretary of the party committee and principal, accompanied by the leaders in charge of the Academic Affairs Office, went to No. 7 Teaching Building to visit the students who were in class in the classroom and watched the teachers on the scene.

He asked the students' experience of online learning at home and their life, epidemic prevention, and learning environment after returning to school. They welcomed and affirmed the students' choice to return. The whole school faculty and staff actively fight against the epidemic, promote online teaching and ensure that the online and offline teaching are substantially equivalent. At present, the school curriculum center has more than 1,000 online courses and classroom teaching. The school has successfully passed the provincial and municipal stipulations on school restarting conditions to welcome students to return to school. He encouraged the students to cherish today’s harmonious and stable social environment as well as the safe and fulfilling campus by clarifying their goals and learning hard. He also urged the students that the current anti-epidemic situation is still grim. Everyone must cooperate with the school's epidemic prevention and control requirements to do personal daily protection, develop good hygiene habits, and participate in physical exercise to protect their physical and mental health.
