June 22 is the first day of the online real-time examination organized by our school for the end of the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year. The school's deputy secretary and principal Li Changhai and the party committee member and deputy principal Hu Bo are accompanied by the head of the Academic Affairs Office to visit the secondary colleges to guide the examination work.
Li Changhai checked the invigilation process at the central invigilation locations of the relevant colleges, asked the invigilator teachers about the students' answering questions and the organization of the invigilation, and conducted in-depth exchanges with relevant personnel on how to further improve the online invigilation and organization.
Li Changhai fully affirmed the innovative measures and achievements of various units in planning and implementing online real-time examinations. He pointed out that the epidemic puts a huge test on the teaching work of colleges and universities. Through advanced planning, extensive research, full argumentation, and active exploration of online teaching, the school has been extended and the teaching is on schedule, which has greatly promoted the reform of the teaching model. He emphasized that the online exam is a new problem-solving response to the epidemic and a new measure for the exam work. Each college should pay attention to summing up experience in a timely manner, further improve the exam process, ensure that the exam requirements are not relaxed, and the link standards are not lowered to ensure fairness of the exam and maintain excellent examination style and discipline.
It is understood that in order to ensure the smooth development of online real-time examinations, the school's Academic Affairs Office has developed a special online real-time examination work, organized the answering platforms and proctoring platforms to implement the conditions for centralized invigilating exams; the school inspection team, the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Work Office, and the Youth League Committee form a joint team to implement full coverage inspections of the examination work. All units work together and cooperate closely to ensure the smooth progress of the online examination at the end of the period.
