On the occasion of the 36th Teacher’s Day, on September 9, Party Secretary Liu Chunhua, Deputy Party Secretary and President Li Changhai, and Deputy Party Secretary Song Shuping went to Teacher Education School, Science College, Biological and Environmental Engineering School, Flying College, and Airport College respectively. The leaders visited outstanding teacher representatives, sent them holiday greetings, and extended holiday congratulations to the faculty and staff through them.
Liu Chunhua came to the Teacher Education College and visited Professor Cheng Wei, an outstanding teacher in Shandong Province, and Ms Cheng Tingting, the first prize winner of the Young Teacher Teaching Competition in Provincial Universities, praised them for winning the honor of the school, and called on young teachers to learn from them; fully affirmed the teachers with their achievements made in recent years. She also came to the home of Professor Li Wenrong, a retired teacher of the Faculty of Science, sent him holiday blessings, asked about his health and living conditions, introduced the construction and development of the school in recent years, and thanked for his contributions in the development of the school. She hoped that he would live happily, take care of his health, and continue to care and support the construction and development of the school.
Li Changhai came to the School of Science and the School of Biological and Environmental Engineering, and visited the young expert Wen Guoxing who has made outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, and Professor Xie Wenjun, the second prize winner of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award, and praised their outstanding achievements in scientific research and inspiring them to seek and forge ahead on the road of scientific research to help the school build a high-level application-oriented university with aviation as the main feature; to inquire about their living conditions, and said that the school will strive to build a better platform for them; at the same time, he encouraged young teachers to follow their examples, continue to work and create new achievements.
Song Shuping came to the Flying College and Airport Academy, and visited the first prize winner of the provincial college young teacher teaching competition Han Jiajia, and the provincial college counselor quality competence competition first prize winner Jin Xueyin, congratulated them on their excellence in the provincial competition. He praised them for their dedication in teaching and caring for students, affirmed the cohesion and entrepreneurial atmosphere of the college, and praised the good platform that the college has built for the development of teachers.
