Excellent Results in the Shandong University Student Mechanical and Electrical Product Innovation Design Competition

 On September 26, the 17th Shandong Province University Students’ Mechanical and Electrical Product Innovation Design Competition and the 9th National University Student Mechanical Innovation Design Competition Shandong Division Trial was successfully held online through Tencent Conference. Our school won 8 first prizes and 7 second prizes. 6 items and 6 third prizes, and won the Outstanding Organization Award.
         Among them, Su Chuanxin, a student of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering’s “New Building Garbage Automatic Cleaning, Transportation and Sorting Machine Based on Color Recognition Module”, Ding Ning’s “Elderly Helping Wheelchair Based on Rail Lifting Mechanism”, Wang Hongwei’s “Smart Marking Maintenance Machine”, cover Xiaohui’s Multifunctional Seedling All-in-one Machine Based on Tray Seedling, Yue Shankuo’s Air Suction Tray Precision Planter, Jiang Maoqiang’s Multipurpose Cutter Suction Self-Propelled Dredger System for Multi-Waters in Lakes and Seas , Li Danyang's Multifunctional Fruit Peeling and Cutting Machine, Wang Biao's Pushdown Whole Stalk Small Sugarcane Harvester 8 works won the first prize; Niu Dexue, Ji Desheng, Feng Chuan, Xing Jin, Jin Xueyin and Wang Guoming won the title of Outstanding Instructor Award. The new building garbage automatic cleaning, transportation and sorting integrated machine based on color recognition module was successfully selected into the national competition and will represent Shandong Province in the 9th National College Student Mechanical Innovation Design Competition.
         The competition was sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, aiming to improve college students' sense of innovation, practical ability and teamwork spirit. A total of 775 works from 81 colleges and universities across the province participated in the final. Our school's participating students have been effectively exercised and improved in terms of innovation awareness, teamwork, inter-school communication, design and production skills, etc. The quality of the school's high-level application-oriented talent training has been continuously improved.
