On the afternoon of October 28th, the final of the third young teacher career planning competition of our school was held in the second lecture hall. Song Shuping, deputy secretary of the party committee, attended the event. The heads of relevant departments, finalist instructors, chairpersons of the grass-roots branches, representatives of young teachers, and all union staff watched the game.
A total of 29 young teachers from 20 branches have signed up for this competition. It is the competition with the widest participation and the largest number of participants in the past. After more than one month of preliminary and semi-final selection, a total of 8 outstanding players stood out and entered the finals. Participants will show through PPT, with the theme of “planning the career of teachers, writing a good pen for striving for life”, centering on the development of the school, the development of secondary schools, and their own development, focusing on short-term and mid-term goals planning. Contestants express that they will win the two major battles for the school and build a high-level application-oriented university with aviation as the main feature with the determination to work hard. The clear planning and wonderful display won rounds of applause from the audience. The leader of the judges group made on-site comments on the wonderful performance of the finalists in the competition.
After fierce competition, Teacher Education College Cheng Tingting, Flying College Han Jiajia, Yellow River Delta Ecological Environment Research Center Cui Qian won the first prize, Sha Lei of the School of Foreign Languages, Ji Jianmao from School Office, Zang Kaixuan from Flight Services College , Lv Liang from Youth League Committee , and Zhou Yan from Science College won the second prize. Ma Yumeng of the School of Aeronautical Engineering, Cheng Mingming of the School of Chemical Engineering and Safety, Bai Xueer of the School of Art, Chen Ran of the School of Humanities, and Luo Runsan of the Airport School won the third prize; Zhang Daoxiang of Teacher Education School, Du Yujie and Wang Tongyin of Flying College, Yellow River Delta Ecology Xia Jiangbao of the Environmental Research Center was awarded the honorary title of Excellent Instructor; the first branch of the agency, the branch of the flight school, the branch of the flight attendance school and the branch of the science school won the excellent organization award.
The Young Teachers’ Career Planning Competition is a brand activity for the construction of teacher ethics in our school. It is sponsored by the school union (women committee).
