On October 27th, the signing ceremony between our school and Shandong Inspur Quality Chain Technology Co., Ltd. Shandong Provincial Blockchain and New Technology Fusion Key Laboratory (Binzhou) was held in our school. Hu Bo, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of our school, Liu Ping, Vice President of Shandong Inspur Quality Chain Technology Co., Ltd., Shu Guoqiang, Deputy Director of Binzhou Cyberspace Administration, Sui Deming, Deputy Director of Binzhou Big Data Bureau, Deputy Director of Binzhou Big Data Application Center Sun Changliang attended the signing ceremony.
In his speech, Hu Bo introduced the basic situation of the school, and pointed out that Binzhou University and Shandong Inspur Quality Chain Technology Co., Ltd. will jointly build a key laboratory for the integration of blockchain and new technologies in Shandong Province, which will achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefits between the school and the enterprise. After the completion of the laboratory, it will become a first-class block chain technology talent training base in the province and a leading block chain application technology research platform in the province. It will definitely make greater progress in the development of new technologies and new industries in Shandong Province and Binzhou.
Liu Ping pointed out in his speech that Binzhou University, as a comprehensive institution of higher learning in Binzhou, is the cradle of technological innovation and talent training, as well as a high ground for scientific research achievements and high-end talents. The Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Blockchain and New Technology Convergence will aim at the strategic needs of the national blockchain, build a platform for technological innovation, build a collaborative innovation mechanism for industry-university-research integration, and develop blockchain and artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, etc. Cutting-edge technology integration and application research, research on multi-disciplinary combined technology and scientific innovation systems, promote the integrated application of blockchain technology, overcome a number of key core technologies, and accelerate the development of blockchain technology and industrial innovation. He hopes to establish a comprehensive and multi-level cooperative relationship with Binzhou University in the areas of blockchain talent training, scientific research project application, and blockchain application technology promotion, and build a cooperation platform for resource sharing and mutual benefit.
Liu Ping and the head of the School of Information Engineering of our school signed a cooperation agreement with the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Blockchain and New Technology Integration (Binzhou).
After the signing ceremony, Liu Ping gave a keynote report entitled Schools and Enterprises Join Hands to Promote the Innovation and Development of the Blockchain Industry.
