Recently, the 2020 China Robotics Competition and RoboCup Robot World Cup China-China Robotics Competition came to a successful conclusion. Our school’s students Zhao Decai, Zhou Qianlong, and Zhou Jiajun's Dabao team won the national third prize in the medical robot project.
China Robotics Competition (CHINA ROBOT COMPETITION) is currently one of my country’s most influential robotics competitions with the highest level of comprehensive technology. It is the most influential and authoritative robotics competition, academic conference and popular science event in China. The major exchange activities of manufacturing technology and high-end talents are also the list competitions of the National General College Discipline Competition Ranking by the Higher Education Association of the Ministry of Education. This competition is sponsored by the Chinese Society of Automation. There are 18 major items and 49 sub-items including underwater robots, rescue robots, elderly service robots, and medical robots. They come from Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shandong University, National University of Defense Technology, 780 teams from 200 schools including Beijing Institute of Technology and other well-known universities across the country participated in the competition. This competition not only exercised the practical ability of our school students, improved the level of hardware design and software programming, enhanced the students’ sense of teamwork, but also fully demonstrated the scientific and technological innovation ability and positive mental outlook of our college students.
