On September 8, the school held a talent introduction work promotion meeting in the Room 313 of the north wing of the office building. Party committee member and vice president Hu Bo presided over the meeting and gave a speech.
Hu Bo emphasized that the secondary units should further clarify the current goals and tasks of talent work, do everything possible, and find ways to successfully complete the school's annual talent introduction goals. The first is to further enhance the understanding of the importance of talent work. Talent is the foundation of a strong school. The construction of a high-level talent team is the core element of the school’s career development. All units must earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of talent introduction and firmly carry the talent work. The second is to raise the awareness of being initiative. The main people in charge of the unit must personally grasp the mentality, current situation and needs of talents, and improve the efficiency of talent introduction. The third is to innovate ideas and methods, do a good job of talents with heart, brain, and effort, actively do a good job in talent introduction, publicity plans based on the unit's discipline and professional characteristics, and solidly promote talent work.
At the meeting, some heads of secondary colleges made exchange speeches. The person in charge of the Personnel Office (Talent Office) conveyed the Implementation Plan for Talents Leading Attacks and Breakthroughs.
