On October 11th, Liu Chunhua, secretary of the school’s party committee, Li Changhai, deputy secretary of CPC Committee and President, Song Shuping, deputy secretary of CPC Committee, and Suo Xiangxing, member of CPC committee and director of Propaganda Department, led the School Office, Student Work Department, Logistics Management Office, Campus Security Office, and Academic Affairs Office in supervising and inspecting the safety of the school.
School leaders visited the security staff duty room, classroom, library, canteen, student apartment and express center. The relevant staff checked the laboratory security equipment, classroom electrical wiring, library safety management, canteen hygiene, apartment safety management, traffic safety, and the surrounding environment of the express center, fire-fighting facility management, etc. They stressed that rectification requirements shall be put forward on the scene of problems found in the supervision, the person responsible for rectification shall be clarified, and the time limit for rectification shall be determined.
After the supervision and inspection, a special meeting was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Yellow River Delta Ecological Environment Research Center to arrange and deploy the coming safety work. Liu Chunhua affirmed the preliminary rectification work of relevant departments and put forward specific requirements for the rectification work. She requested that we must be ideologically aware, attach great importance to campus safety work ideologically, tighten the string of safety at all times, and work together to do a good job in campus safety; measures must be in place, and the problems identified in the platoon must be implemented and reformed, and those that cannot be rectified immediately must develop a rectification plan, clarify the person responsible and complete the timetable, and work hard to maintain the safety and stability of the campus to achieve practical results; it is necessary to supervise in place, establish a normal inspection mechanism, build a campus safety net, and ensure the safety of teachers and students and the safety and stability of the campus .
Li Changhai pointed out that all relevant units must pay enough attention to safety in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of their superiors, comprehensively investigate hidden dangers in school safety, and strengthen special rectification of traffic order and business order within the school; it is necessary to strengthen responsibility, compact safety responsibilities, and clarify notices in daily work. School leaders would continue to strengthen random inspections and supervision, form a normal mechanism for safety management, and create a clean, tidy, civilized and orderly campus environment.
Song Shuping asked all relevant units to firmly establish a sense of the overall situation, earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting, highlight the key points, make overall plans, and work closely together to form a joint effort to pay close attention to campus safety.
