In the afternoon of October 28, the final of the fourth career planning competition for young teachers was held in the second lecture room of Xueyuan Hall. Sun Yinhe, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university, Li Jifeng, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, member of the Party Committee and Minister of Publicity, Suo Xiangxing, and Lin Xiaojin, Minister of United Front Work, attended the event and presented awards to the winning units and individuals. Nearly 200 people watched the competition on site, including the leaders of all subsections in school, instructors of finalists, representatives of young teachers and student representatives.
After the prequalification, a total of 24 young teachers from 15 institutions participated in the preliminary round of the competition. After the preliminary selection, 10 outstanding contestants entered the final. Through PPT presentation, with the theme of Unswervingly Taking up the Mission of Educating People, the contestants focused on the development orientation of the school and and their own development by focusing on the recent goals and medium-term goal planning, from five aspects of self-awareness, job awareness, career goal setting, goal implementation, self-monitoring and other aspects of their own. They expressed their determination to work hard for the high-quality connotative development of the university and the construction of a high-level applied university with distinctive aviation characteristics. The clear planning and wonderful presentation won the applause of the audience. The head of the judging panel made a live comment on the wonderful performance of the contestants in the final.
In the end, Wang Xuan from School of Foreign Languages, Zheng Zeyu from Crew School and Liu Chengxiao from Flight School won the first prize, Xiao Yu from School of Chemical Engineering and Safety, Wang Haobo from Airport School, Han Hongyan from Yellow River Delta Ecological Research Center, Gong Xin from School of Aeronautical Engineering, Zhang Jin from School of Foreign Languages, Fan Yalin from School of Arts and Han Xueyan from School of Information Engineering won the second prize. School of Foreign Languages Wang Baozhong, School of Flight Attendance Xu Huiwen, School of Flight Attendance Du Yujie were awarded the honorary title of Excellent Instructors; School of Foreign Languages, School of Flight Attendance and School of Chemical Engineering and Safety were awarded the Outstanding Organization Awards.
The Career Planning Competition for Young Teachers is a meaningful activity for the construction of teachers' ethics in our university, sponsored by the university Labor Union, which aims to promote the construction of teachers' ethics, enhance the awareness of career planning of young teachers, match the personal planning goals of teachers with the development goals of the university and secondary schools, promote the common growth of teachers and the university, and promote the high-quality and connotative development of the university.
