With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the paradigm of the cybersecurity field is undergoing profound changes, shifting from traditional defense methods to an intelligent protection system empowered by AI. This report systematically introduces the relevant work of AI-empowered cybersecurity capabilities. Firstly, it deeply analyzes the general framework of AI-empowered cybersecurity, which mainly covers key modes such as threat detection and response, security policy management, and automation process optimization. Secondly, it focuses on several typical application scenarios, detailing the AI-driven models and algorithm architectures designed for these scenarios, and thoroughly exploring their design principles, advantages, and practical application effects. Finally, based on a comprehensive understanding of the current research trends, it prospectively proposes potential research directions in this field, while objectively analyzing and revealing the key research bottlenecks at the current stage, in order to provide valuable references for promoting continuous innovation and development in this area.
