On April 29th, the 2025 “Lingyun” Young Scholars Forum of Shandong University of Aeronautics (SDUA) was held in the multi-function lecture hall of No. 4.Teaching Building. Li Weinian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the university, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Tongyin, a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the school, presided over the meeting. Ding Cuicui, the Section Chief of Talent Work of the Organization Department of Binzhou Municipal Party Committee, also attended the meeting.
In his speech, Li Weinian extended a warm welcome to the young scholars who had come from afar. He described the educational advantages of SDAU with three clauses:“Its comprehensive capabilities are not to be taken lightly; Its development characteristics do not follow conventional patterns; Its profound cultural heritage does not cling rigidly to ancient conventions.” He emphasized that the university adheres to the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, constructing a work pattern of “precise talent introduction, meticulous talent cultivation, excellent talent utilization, refined talent assessment, and practical talent services” to comprehensively assist talent development. In the future, the university will provide a whole ecological service with the best environment, most favorable policies, and the highest courtesy, enabling young scholars to start their careers and develop smoothly here and to write a magnificent chapter of the times.
At the meeting, Ding Cuicui introduced the promising development prospects and friendly humanistic environment of Binzhou City and comprehensively interpreted the city’s talent policies. The head of the university’s Human Resources Department (Talent Office) also interpreted the relevant talent policies of the university. After the opening ceremony, various secondary colleges and scientific research institutions organized sub-forum activities according to the meeting schedule.
More than 40 young scholars from well-known universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad, as well as the main leaders of the university's Human Resources Department (Talent Office), secondary colleges, and scientific research institutions, participated in the forum.
