On September 19, the launch ceremony ofShandong autumn special session for“Career Guidance for the Future - 2025 National City RecruitmentTour for College Graduates and the “To Stay in Binzhou, to Embrace a Carefree Youth- Youth Talent Special Job Fair” of the 6th Binzhou Talent Festival were held at our Shandong University of Aeronautics (SDUA).Yang Weihua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Shandong Provincial Public Employment and Talent Service Center, attended and addressed the event. Pan Feng, Vice Mayor of Binzhou City, and Gong Xinjun, Member of the University Party Committee and Vice President, attended and delivered speeches. Tian Honggang, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Binzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, presided over the ceremony.
This event was jointly hosted by the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Binzhou Municipal People’s Government. It was undertaken by the Shandong Provincial Public Employment and Talent Service Center, the Binzhou Municipal Organization Department, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Shandong University of Aeronautics. The event aimed to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Party Committee and the State Council on stabilizing employment, enterprises, markets, and expectations, strengthen employment services for college graduates and other youth groups, smooth the channels for job seeking and recruitment, and promote high-quality and full employment for graduates and other young people. During the ceremony, the Shandong Provincial Capital Economic Circle and Yellow River Delta Cities Recruitment Alliance was established.
The recruitment event featured seven service zones, including a corporate recruitment zone, a policy promotion zone, a handicraft display zone, a legal aid zone, a live-streaming job recommendation zone, and a human resources service zone. The event attracted nearly 200 units from labor collaboration regions in Chongqing, Liaoning, Gansu, and other provinces, as well as relevant cities in the Shandong Capital Economic Circle and the Yellow River Delta, offering approximately 10,000 job positions. Over 5,000 college graduates and other job seekers participated in the job fair through offline and live-streaming methods, with more than 2,000 preliminary employment intentions reached.
Attendees also included concerned officials from relevant departments of the Shandong Provincial Public Employment and Talent Service Center, concerned officials from human resources and social security bureaus of the Provincial Capital Economic Circle and Yellow River Delta cities, concerned officials from the Fengjie County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as well as the head of the Admissions and Employment Office, employment guidance section chiefs from secondary colleges, and members of the 2026 graduating class of SDUA.
