Abstract: With the rapid development of industry and continuous advancements in science and technology, piezoelectric sensors have been widely applied in critical fields such as aerospace, defense and military, and transportation. Correspondingly, the performance of their core component—piezoelectric ceramic materials—faces increasingly stringent requirements under harsh service environments. For instance, in the aerospace sector, piezoelectric technology is extensively used in key components such as engine high-temperature vibration monitoring (vibration sensors) and smart skin actuators for aircraft, providing essential support for enhancing equipment operational reliability. In the defense and military domain, it is used in condition monitoring of thermal protection systems for hypersonic vehicles and high-temperature components in missile guidance systems. This academic report focuses on “Key Technologies for High-Performance Piezoelectric Sensors,” aiming to systematically explore the latest research progress and core technological breakthroughs in high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics for the fabrication of high-performance piezoelectric sensors.
