Recently, Wang Guangzhong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Binzhou Municipal People’s Congress, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee, and Director of the Municipal Party Committee Office, led a delegation to inspect the Center for Empowering College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship in Shandong University of Aeronautics (SDUA). They learned about the development of the service system for graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship, gaining an on-the-ground understanding of the development of the service system for college graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship. He was accompanied by Gong Xinjun, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of SDUA, and Yan Bo, Deputy Party Secretary of Binzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Director of Binzhou Municipal Public Employment and Talent Service Center.
Wang Guangzhong and his team listened attentively to presentations on the center’s functional layout, operational model, and service outcomes. They also focused on a study on college students’ career planning, employment skill coaching, practical ability enhancement, and entrepreneurship incubation guidance.
Wang Guangzhong highly praised the center’s innovative practices in integrating university and local resources, advancing the service chain, and precisely aligning with the needs of students. He emphasized that college graduates are valuable human resources, and effective work in supporting their employment and entrepreneurship is crucial to the well-being of the people and the overall economic and social development. He further stated that it is important to leverage the Empowerment Center’s platform fully, further optimize service procedures, improve service quality and efficiency, strengthen career education and employment guidance, refine the entrepreneurship incubation mechanism, and help college students foster a correct outlook on employment and career choices.
