Abstract: The academic lecture focused on the theme of “Advancements of Scenario Application Technologies of Low-Altitude Economy and Their Interplay with Social Economy,” highlighting four core aspects. The report covered four typical application scenarios: agricultural plant protection, logistics and delivery, emergency rescue, and road and bridge inspection and conducted an in-depth analysis of the evolution of operational technologies in various scenarios through practical case studies, and looked ahead to future technological progress and scenario expansion trends. Relying on the newly released Low-Altitude Economy Development Index Report (2026), the lecture systematically interpreted the regional development trends of the four tiers of China’s low-altitude economy and forecasts industry prospects from seven key dimensions, including airspace reform and low-altitude resource utilization. Furthermore, the report clarifies the core significance of safety as the bottom line for low-altitude economy development and explores effective pathways for safety supervision and full-cycle prevention and control.This report aims to provide cutting-edge references for researchers and practitioners , thereby helping to drive technological innovations in the low-altitude economy and their high-quality interplay with social economy.
